Pete Signoretti
President
Pete has a BA in Chemistry from the University of Bridgeport and completed postgraduate studies in Management at Columbia and Duke Universities. After a 20 year career with American Cyanamid Company that began in fiber research, he worked his way through a number of sales and management positions that resulted in his heading up sales & marketing for Cyanamid’s specialty chemicals business. He moved to Atlanta with his young family in 1988 to accept a role as Director of Corporate Development with Colloids, Inc, a subsidiary of RTZ Chemicals. When Rhone Poulenc purchased the chemical assets of RTZ in 1989, Pete became Business Director for the North American Paper business. In 1993, Pete formed Signoretti & Associates, Inc. and co-founded Ulterion in 2001. Pete now lives in South Carolina with his wife Ann.
Mark Mussman
Director of International Sales
Mark is a 1976 graduate of Clemson University with a BS degree in Chemistry. Mark spent the first 15 years of his career with Cone Mills Corp in various technical and production management roles. Mark joined Sequa Chemicals (later known as OMNOVA Solutions) in 1991 as a technical sales representative, later becoming Sales Manager and Business Manager for Textiles. In 2006, Mark left OMNOVA to become Vice-President, North America Sales for Dystar LP, leading the effort to merge Dystar and Boehme Filatex into one cohesive marketing entity. Mark joined Jain Chem in 2008. He and his wife, Susan, live in Spartanburg, SC.
Clint Varnadore

Clint Joined Ulterion in 2004 as the Technical Manager responsible for polymer research and development. Clint has 17 plus years in polymer development, project management, and sales support in paper, textile/garment, plastic additives, and other industrial applications. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS in Chemistry and post graduate studies in business administration at Georgia State University.
